The Santhosa Samsara Social Charitable Trust, founded in 2009 by George Ebenezer and his wife Manju George, began as an orphanage for children from challenging backgrounds. Starting with three children, it has grown into a family of nine, evolving from an institution to a nurturing home. The trust has expanded its vision to address issues such as lack of access to education, poverty, abandonment, and child abuse and trauma. Dedicated to touching the lives of abused, neglected, and disadvantaged children, Santhosa Samsara is guided by principles such as the best interest of the child, family-centered approach, child participation, partnerships, and sustainability.

Problem

Santhosa Samsara required a comprehensive digital solution to manage donations efficiently, track donor information, and maintain smooth operations within the trust. The specific challenges included:

  • Donation Management: Needed an integrated system for managing and tracking donations to ensure transparency and efficiency.
  • Online Presence: Required a robust and informative website to increase visibility, attract donations, and provide information about their mission and activities.
  • Operational Efficiency: Needed an admin dashboard to streamline operations, manage donor data, and oversee the trust’s activities.
